Why Us?

Okay, so you're looking for a band, jazz ensemble, or just someone to provide music for your event and you're trying to figure out who can best fit your needs. Well, we've got some ideas about why we'd be your best bet.

» Simple

A lot of entertainment companies have dozens or even hundreds of bands listed on their roster of available artists. Why? Well, to think about it, there really isn't a great reason. Generally, we think it's bad business, and a waste of your time. Do you really want to spend hours and hours listening to 57 jazz bands? Our guess is that you don't! That's why we make it simple. We only have a few band listed on our roster. We have few because they are each good bands! If you disagree, then we are happy to refer you to a different agency, but in any case, you will quickly find the Boston Event Entertainment to be a simple and easy company to work with.

» Our Team

One thing that bothers us about a lot of music companies is that they are run by people that know nothing about music. Sure, they know how to manage a business, but who do you then turn to when you have music related concerns? Seems like their luck runs out at that point. Our sales and management team is consistent of professional musicians only. We've got experience playing these gigs. We know how and where problems arise, and more importantly, we know how to fix them, because we've been in those situations before, and we've figured out how to get out of them.

» Reliability

When we plan events, one of our greatest fears is simply whether or not everyone is going to show up, or if they are actually going to follow through with their promise. Planning any special event, we're sure this is going to be one of your concerns as well. So, let's talk security. We are performers ourselves, we manage several groups beside our own, and we host a music school, so we know some of those issues. We're typically the guys making sure everyone else is on time, so you can rest assured that we will apply the same standards to ourselves.

» Customer Service

Strange thing for an entertainment company to brag about customer service, but if we can claim something where we can knock our competition out of the water, it's our customer service! We have a 6 person staff working daily. This means that if you have a question, or need to get in touch with us, you can usually get an answer from us within a couple hours. We also have an office where you can reach us during normal business hours, or where you may set up a private consultation with one of our staff. We'll be in touch with you every step of the way.
